Managed Services Credits allows you to ask TTS to manage your agency profile, create, update or delete companies and users and setup the content and features you subscribed for your agency and for your companies. When you need something changed, you just need to ask us.
Manage Services Price
Managed Services can be bought in packs of 1250 credits. Each 1250 Managed Services Credits pack costs 50 USD.
Manage Service Usage Pricing
Each Managed Services’ request has a fixed handle cost of 50 credits.
This cost covers everything related with the handle of the request like making sure you provided all the necessary information, email exchange to request missing information necessary to implement the request, loading cost reports, etc.
We recommend you to include as many tasks as you can in one request to save in handle costs and because keeping everything in one ticket at a time makes it easy to follow up for everyone involved.
Tasks requested will be charged in credits according with the following table:

Credits expire one year after its subscription. So if you bought Managed Services credits packs at different times, you may have credits expiring at different dates. We recommend that you never buy more than what you expect to spend in one or 2 months.
Credits Usage Tracking
Credits are reported at TTS Corporate as soon as a requested task has been completed and the Managed Services Credits Account shows in what tasks credits have been spent.
Yes. We only change what and when you ask. You can and should only use our services if you don’t have the time to do it yourself and you can cherry pick the tasks you will do yourself and the ones you send to us.
Worry not, our team will ask you for anything missing or not clear. Keep in mind that for SLA effects, the clock only starts counting when we have all the information, in your own best interest, make sure you provide everything we need to know on the original request.
Yes you can. Keep in mind that you need to provide our team enough information on what company is to be updated and the type of update (e.g. remove all and keep just the ones in the database, update existing, etc).
First of all we will ask a big and sincere Sorry and will immediately fix them. Any additional work required to fix the error will not be charged.
