Since customer feedback is invaluable to us in order to improve our products and the user experience, we reached to our customers to see how they feel about Travelport Mobile Agent.

The survey we carried is a reflection of the fact that a large number of people have a positive interaction with the app. It makes us proud to see that Travelport Mobile Agent’ goal is being fulfilled: to give more flexibility to the travel agents and to help them achieve the so much desired work-life balance.
