Hotel Content
More hospitality content
There is no such thing as too many content. BedsOnline integration is here to increase TTS Corporate’s hospitality content, so that companies can book the right accommodation for their trips.
Receive cancelled PNRs on a queue of your choice
TTS Corporate now offers also the ability to send the bookings cancelled in TTS Corporate to a specific queue. Similarly to Booking Queues and Ticketing Queues, agencies can now define a cancellation queue common to all companies or specify different cancellation queues for different companies. At the moment, Cancellation Queues definition is available for GDS content. This configuration is only available for agency users.
Choose the default hotel results sorting for each company
Now, agencies can choose the default hotel results sorting for each company. The options available are:
- Price: lowest results will be shown first
- Distance: closest results will be shown first
- Private Fares: private fares will be shown first
- Preference: results from preferred hotel chains will be shown first
Flight Results
Even more flight results so that you can be as competitive as any OTA
Split Ticketing combines one-way fares to create round-trip fares. A few months back we released Split Ticketing for content provided by Travelport. Now, we improved Split Ticketing to combine any one-way fares regardless of the carrier (legacy or low-cost carrier) and the content provider (GDS or TravelFusion) enriching flight search results with more schedule and pricing combinations.
The round-trip options that are based on Split Ticketing will result in two tickets being issued which means that fees will apply as if two one-ways were being booked and issued.
The options that are a result from Split Ticketing show the “Two Tickets” label like you see in the example below.
Booking
Agencies can now check approval actions in the PNR
Travelport PNRs created by bookings made in TTS Corporate now include the registration of the approval actions related to that booking so that agents can track and check approval actions and status in the PNR itself.
Travel policies
Automate the Cancellation of Denied Bookings
TTS Corporate lets you define if a booking is to be cancelled once it is considered “Denied” so that you can automate cancellation of bookings that are not to be pursued.
Define Hotel Travel Policies per Region
To simplify the travel policies, if a company has a similar travel policy for a set of countries or cities, you can now set it up by adding just one rule since we have added the ability to set hotel travel policies per region. You would need to create the necessary region(s).
Management
Traveller Custom Fields
To be able to support the custom details of different company travellers, like Employee Number, Department or any other custom information, TTS Corporate now offers Traveller Custom Remarks to allow you to create custom fields for travellers. A traveller custom remark can be associated to all companies or to specific companies.
Traveller custom remarks are defined by a Name (remark name in the GDS), Label (label that appears in TTS Corporate), Separator (character used to separate the remark name from its value in the GDS), Value Type (Text, Numeric, Date, Dropdown, Date, Boolean, Yes/No), Default Value, if it is Mandatory, Visible and Editable and its Status (Active, Inactive).
Visible Traveller custom remarks will be shown in the traveller profile and in the travellers’ detail page of the booking process and the ones set as editable can be edited in the travellers profile and in the travellers’ detail page of the booking process.
The traveller custom remarks are added to the PNR.
Do even more with Import Users
The update of users by file import was also improved to allow you to do more, more easily. Now, you can also:
- Upload company users with any role
- Specify the traveller custom remarks of travellers
